Information security product and services company is seeking an experienced Managing Director of Sales and Marketing. Ideal candidate should have proven sales and marketing experiences in information assurance, knowledge of the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and security certification and accreditation. Job responsibilities shall include: a) Pursue and qualify new leads from new clients and existing clients, b) Sell IT security products and services from our core offerings to the clients, c) Build successful client relationships & manage existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities within existing projects, d) Adhere to established sales and workflow processes, e) Conduct capabilities presentations to clients, f) Draft proposals and/or statements of work, g) Develop accurate estimates for budgets and time lines in proposals, h) Participate and collaborate in all sales meetings |
| Job Requirements: | Required experiences shall include: a) Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, b)Successful sales experience focusing on commercial and/or federal sales, c)Experience successfully marketing and selling information security products and services/solutions in one or more of the following areas (FISMA compliance, certification and accreditation, vulnerability assessment, security audits management, information security compliance and oversight), d)Knowledge of and successful experience using IT solutions sales techniques and models, e)Knowledge of Federal IT procurement processes, business size statuses, GSA and other acquisition schedules, f) Minimum 7 years of business development and sales experience |
